Prospect Heights FD training

The Prospect Heights Fire District conducted a training exercise at a vacant home located at 207 South Parkway during the week of June 22nd. I stopped by on Friday, June 26th, to capture some images and even a short video. You can view more photos on my website: shapirophotography.net.

It was fascinating to see the firefighters in action during this realistic training session. The setup looked very authentic, and it’s clear they were preparing for real-life scenarios. From the water tank to the controlled fire, everything seemed well-organized. I especially enjoyed capturing the silhouettes of the firefighters and the smoke rising from the building.
