1.1 Definition of safety production standardization:

1.3 Relevant policy documents and requirements

On May 3, 2011, the State Council’s Security Committee issued the “Guiding Opinions of the State Council’s Security Committee on Deepening the Standardization Construction of Enterprise Safety Production” (Anhui [2011] No. 4), requiring serious self-examination of power safety production standardization. Self-evaluation, comprehensively promote the standardization of enterprise safety production, further standardize the safe production behavior of enterprises, improve the conditions of safe production, strengthen the basic management of safety, effectively prevent and resolutely curb the occurrence of serious accidents.

In August 2011, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission and the State Administration of Work Safety jointly issued the “Guiding Opinions on In-depth Work on Standardization of Power Safety Production” (Electricity Supervision Safety [2011] No. 21) and “Safety Standardization Specifications for Power Enterprises”. The Standards for Compliance (Electricity Supervision Safety [2011] No. 23) have put forward requirements for standardizing and strengthening the construction of safety production standardization, and pointed out that efforts should be made to achieve standardization of enterprises above designated size before the end of 2013, and all enterprises will meet the standards before the end of 2015 to ensure In general, accidents and accidents are investigated and dealt with in a timely manner. Wind power: a total of 92, 1350 points, of which 41, 500 points for safety management; 25, 410 points for equipment and facilities; 19, 380 points for occupational safety; 7 and 60 points for occupational health.
