"The RFID and AI visual recognition technology is currently in its infancy, and it is still too early to be an intelligent entry point for coding," Kong Hongliang said.

RFID and smart identification have brought people a sense of crisis. Everyone feels that the new technology will immediately iterate and eliminate old technologies. Kong Hongliang believes that it is not realistic in the short term.
Different consumer groups have different service scenarios. For example, the emergence of new media has mushroomed, but traditional media such as newspapers still exist. Barcode price advantage is still obvious. Within at least three to five years, we still cannot see the rapid rise of other technologies and replace bar codes.
"After a desperate expansion, e-commerce companies have gradually realized the importance of data management. The standardization of data is inseparable from this unified code." Kong Hongliang said. It is understood that Ali, Jingdong, eBay, Baidu, 360, etc. all cooperate with the coding center to jointly promote the standardized management of e-commerce products.
