The machine features a hydraulically adjustable discharge port, allowing operators to change the direction of the crop spray during operation, ensuring smooth and efficient transfer to the receiving vehicle. Additionally, the reel height can be adjusted according to the crop's height, optimizing the harvesting process. The cutting knife can also be fine-tuned using a hydraulic cylinder to match the desired cutting height and terrain conditions. All key mechanisms—harvesting, conveying, chopping, and spraying—are pre-adjusted and fixed before the machine leaves the factory, eliminating the need for additional setup by the user. This ensures seamless and immediate operation upon arrival at the field. The shredder blades are made from high-quality steel, ensuring long-lasting durability and excellent performance. The machine can operate continuously throughout the entire harvesting season, greatly improving overall efficiency and utilization. Unlike traditional harvesters, the 4QZ-5.0 is not limited by row spacing or cutting width, allowing it to move freely into the harvesting area. In cases of excessive feeding, the clutch and retracting system enable quick adjustments, preventing clogging and ensuring smooth operation. The technical specifications of the 4QZ-5.0 include a feed section length of 15–40 mm, powered by a 136 horsepower diesel engine. The machine measures 6.8 meters in length, 2.3 meters in width, and 3.8 meters in height, with a weight of 5.8 tons. Its harvesting platform is 2.6 meters wide, capable of harvesting up to four rows of green crops simultaneously. The harvesting efficiency ranges from 30 to 50 tons per hour under optimal conditions. The machine can handle crops ranging from 0.6 to 4 meters in height, leaving a stubble height of 0.05 to 0.1 meters, which does not interfere with the growth of lower crops. The chopping mechanism ensures that the straw is finely cut and well-mixed after seven passes through the rollers. The resulting chopped material is short, fluffy, and ready for direct storage without the need for any additives. This makes it an excellent feed option for cattle and sheep, adding value to the entire farming process.
