Tire's May Production Down 2.5% YoY

According to the National Bureau of Statistics, China’s tire production in May was 70.77 million in 2011, a decrease of 2.5% from the same period in 2010.

According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the tire production in May increased by 0.1% from the previous month. From January to May, tire production rose 3.6% to 31138 million. From January to May, the output of synthetic rubber increased by 16% year-on-year to 1.44 million tons; in May, the output of synthetic rubber increased by 9.1% year-on-year to 299,000 tons.
