In 2007, Liu Pingjue took over the right to inherit the house, and when his mother Feng Saihua was alive, he came to Linchuan District Public Notary Office (now Wenchang Notary Office) and used the fake signature of a brother and sister to apply for the “Notary Certificate of Succession Right”. "The property left by the parents when they died, the brothers and sisters all volunteered to give up inheritance rights to their parents. The younger brother Liu Haojue does not exist and should be inherited by Liu Pingju." Later, according to the "Notary Certificate of Succession," the Fuzhou Housing Authority was Liu Pingjuan. The brothers and sisters of Liu Pingjue had been kept in the dark. Until this year they learned of the situation and filed an objection to the Wenchang Notary Office. After the notary office was verified, the "Notary of Succession Certificate" was revoked. Liu Pingjue’s brothers and sisters subsequently sued the Housing Authority of Fuzhou City with another petition. In the end, the court ruled that the Fuzhou Housing Authority revoked the real estate transfer registration and the issued ownership certificate.
