3. Under the condition of ensuring the recovery rate, try to make the slurry pass through the flotation tank quickly, and the route of the slurry flowing through the flotation tank is changed from parallel to series, which is beneficial to the improvement of the flotation speed.
4. The size of the selection slot must be appropriate. Since the amount of slurry entering the selection tank is small and the time required for the selection is short, the size of the selection tank cannot be too large. The selection tank is too large, so that the slurry stays in the tank for too long, resulting in relatively depleted pulp grade in the tank, so that the bubbles can not be effectively mineralized, which not only depletes the concentrate foam, but also reduces the flotation speed.
5. Control the appropriate slurry concentration to get the maximum flotation speed. If the plasma concentration of low floating beneficiation, flotation rate and the maximum possible recovery will be reduced, this time to increase the collector dosage in order to ensure recovery. If the slurry is too concentrated, the flotation speed will be slower, so it is necessary to increase the flotation time to ensure a certain recovery rate.
