Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Co., Ltd. recently signed a joint venture agreement with Donghua Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. to form Nanjing Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Co., Ltd. After the integration of SAIC-Nanjing, the cooperation of parts and components project has deepened.

The newly formed joint venture company is located in Nanjing Jiangning Economic and Technological Development Zone with a registered capital of RMB 45 million. Donghua Company holds 40% equity of the joint venture company.

Tung Wah Group is a company established in the Shangnan Cooperation and inherited the non-whole vehicle assets and business of the original Nanqi Auto Parts and Service Trade. Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Co., Ltd. is a joint venture invested by Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd. and Johnson Controls Inc., which specializes in the development, manufacture and sales of automotive seats.

At present, the automotive industry clusters in Nanjing have continued to develop rapidly. It is understood that the Nanjing Yanfeng Johnson Cars Seat Cooperation Project will provide car seat assembly for Shanghai Volkswagen Nanjing Branch, Nanjing Grand Car, Nanjing Iveco and Zhongtai Company. By 2012, the joint venture will form 216,000 car seats. The total assembly capacity of the chair assembly achieves a sales income of 1.2 billion yuan.
