MANN+HUMMEL has designed, built and commissioned a benchmark test rig in Ludwigsburg, Germany. The development engineer measures the signal accuracy of the prototype part and determines the factors that affect the signal of the air flow meter. In this way, a master transfer function (MTF) can be generated to convert the actual air flow signal to the voltage or frequency of the engine control unit. The control unit processes the information and ensures that the fuel injected by the injector can be completely burned.
In addition, MANN+HUMMEL has established production process measurement test rigs in factories in China, Mexico and Spain. In China, MANN+HUMMEL's professional testing team focuses on testing the first integrated air flow meter (MAF) air purifier manufactured by MANN+HUMMEL in China to ensure that the product has an accurate air flow meter signal before it is delivered to customers. . Due to the customer's design trend requirements, MANN+HUMMEL has now launched more and more integrated air flow meter air purifier projects. With this test stand, MANN+HUMMEL has further improved its development capabilities in China and provided them with value-added services while adhering to customers' design concepts.
