From May 13th to 15th, the "2010 11th China International Natural Gas Auto and Refueling Equipment Exhibition" was held in Beijing National Agricultural Exhibition jointly organized by Asia Pacific Natural Gas Automobile Association, China City Gas Association, and China Natural Gas Vehicle Professional Committee. The museum was grandly held. As the leader of China New Energy Natural Gas Heavy Truck, Shaanxi Automobile Group was invited to participate in the exhibition. At this exhibition, 2010 LNG and CNG "pioneer" heavy trucks were launched. It was highly praised by the experts and honored guests and became the biggest highlight of the natural gas auto exhibition.
As the world's fuel prices continue to soar and domestic oil prices continue to rise, the scientific development and mature application of natural gas-fueled clean energy heavy trucks can effectively reduce the use of heavy trucks, ease energy shortages, and solve emissions pollution. Shaanxi Auto, as the earliest domestic enterprise involved in the new energy field, is also the first domestic company to undertake the national 863 plan on heavy-duty LNG commercial vehicle product development projects. Shaanxi Auto applied the internationally popular design concept in the design of natural gas heavy trucks, making full use of national-level technology centers and postdoctoral mobile stations to conduct research on new energy vehicle projects, becoming the only domestic research and production base for realizing the industrialization of new energy vehicles and heavy-duty new energy. With the pure German MAN technology, we have integrated leading domestic and foreign technology assemblies. We have conducted a large number of investigations and summaries based on the actual needs of China's heavy truck users and combined with the actual vehicle operating conditions in China. . Fully surpassing domestic peers, it is deeply loved by users and becomes an ideal model for long-distance, high-efficiency, heavy-duty transportation and economic environment protection in China.
It is understood that Shaanxi Automobile Natural Gas Heavy Duty Commercial Vehicle is a three major product series developed by Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck based on the Austrian Steyr and Germany Mann two heavy truck technology platforms, which are developed to meet the needs of the domestic market: "Delong", "Deluxe", " "Aolong", the model covers three major series of traction, dumping, and cargo, with power ranging from 280 horsepower to 380 horsepower. According to the principle of optimal matching, it employs a 9-speed transmission from Fast Fuller and a 430 diaphragm spring clutch. ZF technology steering machine, Hande 13-ton drive axle, selected domestic famous companies to design and produce gas supply pipeline system and comply with national regulations, reliable and safe liquefied compressed natural gas cylinders.
During the exhibition, the LNG 8×4 lightweight dump truck of the new DeLong F3000 cab attracted every Chinese and foreign trader passing by. They stopped and watched and took pictures. From time to time, they inquired about Shaanxi Shaanxi Auto's attending staff about vehicle configuration and technical problem.
Liu Yanbin, vice general manager of technology development and application for new energy products at the exhibition site of Shaanxi Automobile Group, said in an interview with Chinese and foreign media: “Shaanxi has always been an advocate and promoter of natural gas heavy trucks and has always been at the forefront of R&D and application of new energy heavy trucks. As early as 2005, Shaanxi Automobile began to develop and put into operation natural gas heavy trucks. After years of R&D practice, Shaanxi Natural Gas Technology has matured and is now far ahead of the domestic heavy truck industry. The market has responded well and has been well received by the majority of users. It is believed that Shaanxi Auto will eventually become the leader in energy saving technology in China's low-carbon era."
