According to the relevant staff of the Zhejiang Provincial Education Department, Zhejiang Province has started student traffic safety protection work since 2012, and has strengthened the inspection of school bus safety for kindergartens, primary and middle school students, especially in rural areas. Since the first half of 2015, the school has gradually phased out the school's own non-dedicated school buses. At present, it has completed the elimination of one-third of the non-dedicated school buses in Zhejiang Province.
As for why it was decided to complete the phase-out work before the end of 2017, the person in charge said that some schools have already purchased the CMB cars before the start of the student traffic safety work in 2012. If the phase-out cycle is shortened, some schools are in the economy.
