World Tire 75 announced the 29th place in Guizhou Tire

The "Global Rubber and Plastics News" magazine's 2010 Global Top 75 tires were announced recently. Guizhou Tyre Co., Ltd.'s sales revenue increased by 5.28% year-on-year to US$650 million, ranking 29th and 2 places higher than 2009.

In this election, Bridgestone surpassed Michelin for the second consecutive year to lead the world tire industry. The ranking of the Top 75 shows that with the declining global tire demand, sales revenue of tire companies has dropped by a large margin, and benefits have generally declined. Taiwan's Tire Enterprises in China ranks 10th in the new international ranking list. This is the first time that Chinese tire companies have ranked among the top 10 tires in the world.

Among the top 75 Chinese mainland companies, the number of companies on the list rose from 19 in the previous year to 22, plus five Chinese companies in Taiwan. Chinese companies occupy 27 seats in the top 75.
