There are two methods for vacuuming the annular space.

1) Use a vacuum pump to draw a pipe through the wall of the condenser from the formed annular space, connect it with a newly installed vacuum pump, and at the same time lead out the vacuum measurement point of the space.

Before the unit starts, the vacuum pump is first turned on and the vacuum measurement point is monitored. When the vacuum value of the annular space reaches the vacuum of the condenser during normal operation, the vacuum pump is stopped, and the vacuum is maintained by using the tightness of the annular space. After running for a while, when the vacuum value drops, the vacuum pump is started again.

This method can be used to vacuum intermittently, but the vacuum value of this annular space must be checked regularly and some workload will be added during operation.

2) Evacuation with an aspirator In the annular space formed, a pipe is led through the condenser wall and connected to the jet air extractor of the unit (or directly to the condenser's exhaust port in the condenser).

Before the unit starts, with the formation of a vacuum inside the condenser, the annular space is also evacuated by the air extractor, and will continue to run, the vacuum value is always the same as the vacuum value of the condenser, on the peripheral pipe wall No pressure difference is formed and there is no need to increase the workload.

2. Use a dry liquid seal (1~10HP):To ensure that motors and bearings are protected from chemical gas corrosion and that the service life of the motor and pump is prolonged.

3.  It is suitable for use in jet washing equipment, exhaust scrubber, cooling cycle and matching filter. The pump can be used without water and will not be damaged.

4.  Innovative use of PP material for the motor is connected with the base, compared with the traditional motor bracket can greatly reduce the acid gas corrosion, and body weight.
