Under normal working, the vibrating screen machine rotates slowly, the bearing heat causes and the solution

Possible reasons for the slow rotation of the vibrating screen and the heat of the bearing are as follows:

1, the bearing lacks lubricating oil

2, bearing blockage

3, the bearing is overfilled or added to the unsuitable oil

4, the bearing is damaged or poorly installed, the eccentric block on the round wheel falls off, eccentric

Solution:

1. Inject lubricant into the bearing

2, clean the bearing, replace the seal ring, check the labyrinth seal

3, check the bearing lubricant

4, replace the bearing, install the eccentric block, adjust the round wheel
