Silent diesel generator secondary and tertiary technical maintenance instructions
Secondary technical maintenance of diesel engine (suggested by professionals to operate)
In addition to diesel generators in accordance with the level of technical maintenance of the project, and add the following work:
1. Check the fuel injection pressure of the injector and observe the spray. Clean the injector and adjust if necessary. (This series of diesel generator injector injection pressure is 24MPa).
2. Check the injection pump and adjust if necessary.
3. Check the valve clearance and fuel advance angle and adjust if necessary.
4. Remove the cylinder head and inspect the seals and wear of the inlet and exhaust valves. Grind and repair if necessary.
5. Inspect the water pump for leaks and repair or replace if necessary.
6. Remove the oil pan and inspect the lower end of the cylinder liner for leaks. If necessary, remove the cylinder liner and replace the new rubber seal.
7. Remove the gear chamber and check the lubrication of the gears of the transmission mechanism. If they are blocked, they should be cleaned.
8. Inspect oil coolers and water radiators for oil leakage and water leakage, and repair if necessary.
9. Check the tightness of the connecting rod bolt, flywheel bolt, cylinder head bolt, and main bearing cap bolt. If necessary, remove the inspection and retighten to the specified torque.
11. Clean the oil, fuel system piping, including cleaning the oil pan, oil pipeline, oil cooler, fuel tank and piping, remove dirt and blow clean.
12. Clean the cooling system. See Chapter 2 for cleaning solution formulation and cleaning methods.
13.Determine if the turbocharger needs to be removed according to engine operating conditions. If necessary, remove the turbocharger and do the following: Clean the turbine end air seal ring, the turbine end air seal plate, and the turbine impeller in the double air intake housing. Carbon deposits and dirt, clean the middle shell oil chamber, check the wear of floating bearings, consider whether to replace parts according to the amount of wear, check the oil ring wear, and whether there is sintering or loss of elasticity, otherwise you may consider replacing spare parts.
Third-grade diesel engine maintenance (suggested by professionals to operate)
In addition to secondary technical maintenance projects, the following additional work has been added:
1. Inspect the cylinder head assembly, remove the cylinder head, and inspect the valve, valve seat, valve guide, valve springs, and the mating surfaces of the push rod and rocker arm for wear or replacement if necessary.
2. Inspect the piston connecting rod assembly and inspect the wear of piston rings, cylinder liners, small rod bushings, and connecting rod bearings. Replace if necessary.
3. Inspect the crankshaft to see if there is any abnormal wear on the main journal, connecting rod journal, and main bearing, and replace if necessary.
4. Check the transmission mechanism, remove the gear chamber, observe the gear meshing surface wear, and measure the meshing clearance, repair or replace if necessary.
5. Inspect the fuel injection pump and governor and check the tightness of the pump plunger assembly and governor. Repair or replace if necessary.
6. Inspect the oil pump, fresh water pump, dismantle and measure vulnerable parts, and make adjustments.
7. Check cylinder head and intake and exhaust pipe gaskets, and replace them if they have lost their sealing effect.
8. Check the charge generator and starter motor, clean the components, bearings, blow dry and add new grease, check the starter motor gear wear and rotating device is flexible.
