By collecting key parameters like vibration and temperature, it identifies early signs of potential issues and extracts relevant fault characteristics. This provides essential data for maintenance planning and serves as a foundation for addressing hidden problems within the gearbox before they escalate into major failures.
Sinosteel Xizhong produces approximately 15 sets of water-cooled and airtight transmission gearboxes annually. If each unit is equipped with this monitoring system, the company could see direct revenue increases of over 4 million yuan.
