Kenersys Energy, which is headquartered in Kalyani, Pune, India, recently built a wind turbine production facility in Münster and Baramati, Germany. The total investment in the factory is 5 billion rupees (about 700 million yuan).
Ken Fernys CEO Paulo Fernando Soares said that the company will start developing wind turbines in Germany and Baramati. The company will invest 5 billion rupees to carry out research, development, design, testing and infrastructure development of multi-megawatt wind turbines in two factories. The German plant will produce 2 mw and 2.5 mw generators and the Baramati plant will produce 2 mw generators.
The factories in Germany and India will produce 250 generators each year.
