Jinchuan successfully developed a large flotation machine

After 18 times of hard research and development, the JC-150 type of aeration-stirred flotation machine with independent intellectual property rights has been used for Jinchuan Group's 14,000 tons/day ore dressing capacity expansion project. This marked that Jinchuan Group has become one of the second domestic manufacturers that can produce large flotation machines.

The total investment of 700 million yuan and daily processing of 14,000 tons of ore beneficiation capacity expansion project is a major construction project for Jinchuan Group's leap-forward development. The flotation machine is the core equipment of the project. After more than 40 years of development, the Jinchuan Group has become increasingly strong in technology. In particular, China's first large-scale flotation machine KYF-50 inflatable mechanical agitation flotation machine, the successful application of 6,000 tons of ore dressing in the Jinchuan Concentrator, makes Jinchuan company accumulated in the flotation machine application research and use Rich experience. To this end, the company decided to independently develop a JC-150 air-stirred super large flotation cell with a single tank volume of 150 cubic meters.

Based on the comprehensive research and analysis of the structure and parameters of the existing large-scale flotation equipment at home and abroad, Jinchuan Corporation carried out the design work of the JC-150 inflatable agitation flotation machine. With the support of Lanzhou University of Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Central South University and other institutions, after more than one year of research and development, the main components and parameters of the flotation machine have been basically determined, and it has now entered the equipment manufacturing and installation stage. The industrial test results of the JC-150 flotation machine show that the equipment runs smoothly, the liquid level automatic control system works normally, the process indicators are relatively ideal, and the energy saving effect is obvious.

The main working procedures, such as the injection molding, inspection and cleaning, and assembly and etc., are designed and processed as per the cleanliness requirements at the partial level of Class 100, which passes the GMP on‐site certification and complies with the cleanliness requirements of high capacity injection medicine.

 The main production equipments, test and inspection instruments of medicine‐loading stopper have already reached to the international level and are advanced at home. Meanwhile, the full production process is conducted the strict control and management, and making product free of plasticizing agent, loading agent and lubricating agent, and free of absorption or transfer when contacting with liquid medicine, neither the pyrogen and soluble matter, thence such equipments may ensure the product quality.
