Chongqing Weichai's 140 million yuan in assets transferred to Shandong Juli

Shandong Property Rights Trading Network recently announced a listing transfer announcement, listing the physical assets of the Chongqing Weichai Engine Plant. The assessed value of this asset is 142.6099 million yuan, which is also the listed price. The listing time is from August 22 to September 19. According to the author's understanding, the assets have actually been transferred to Shandong Juli by the controller, Weichai Holding Group Co., Ltd.

The related person of Weichai Power Securities Department stated that Chongqing Weichai Factory is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Weichai Holding Group. When Weichai Group reorganized Shandong Juli last year, it had planned to “put in” listed companies the medium-speed assets of Chongqing Weichai Plant, and the board of directors of Shandong Juli passed the relevant proposals. The Chongqing Weichai plant was listed and transferred at the Shandong Property Rights Trading Center. It should be taking the procedure.

As early as the beginning of this year, Weichai Group and Shandong Juli have reached an agreement on the transfer of these assets.

The announcement mentioned that, under the same conditions, state-controlled companies, listed companies, local companies in Chongqing, or companies in the same industry with branches in Chongqing are given priority; the registered capital of the transferee is more than 200 million yuan, and the asset-liability ratio is not higher than 50. %, With medium-speed diesel engine production capacity and experience, it is given priority in the domestic medium-speed diesel engine market. The above priority conditions Shandong Juli fully complied.

The physical assets listed here mainly refer to the medium-speed diesel engine-related machinery and equipment, parts and components production lines, complete machine installation production lines, experiments and commissioning, energy supply, and plant and workshop, land and other related assets of Chongqing CWC’s CW200-dominated product series. And some projects under construction.

The CW200 series high-power medium-speed diesel engine is mainly used as a ship's power for passenger ships, fishing boats, small and medium-sized container ships, and ro-ro ships. It can also be used as an auxiliary engine for large ships and power plants. CW200 series diesel engines are mainly made of 6-cylinder, 8-cylinder and 12-cylinder medium-speed high-power engines. Relying on the original military ship manufacturing technology, they are recognized by China Classification Society and China National Fishery Inspection Bureau, and their emissions are met. The requirements of the International Maritime Organization's MARPOL73/78 Convention have passed the 1SO9001:2000 system certification.
