The XBD-W horizontal fire pump is a new energy-efficient product designed for high performance and reliability. It meets all relevant standards with features like high efficiency, low noise operation, excellent corrosion resistance, and a durable structure. The series includes 40 different specifications across five models, offering a flow range of 5 to 200 L/s, pressures from 0.18 MPa to 2.0 MPa, power ratings between 2.2 kW and 180 kW, and pipe diameters ranging from 50 mm to 150 mm. This fire pump is ideal for pumping water without solid particles or liquids with similar properties to water. It is primarily used in fire protection systems but can also be applied in industrial water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurization, long-distance water distribution, heating system circulation, and air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
XBD-W type horizontal fire pump product use
The XBD-W series is specifically designed for pressurizing fire pipelines. It can handle water or other fluids with properties similar to clear water, with a maximum temperature of 80°C. It is suitable for industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply in high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, long-distance water delivery, and cold/hot water circulation in heating systems, bathrooms, and boilers. It can also be used in HVAC and refrigeration systems as part of complete equipment setups.

XBD-W type horizontal fire pump product features
This single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump can be installed vertically or horizontally. It offers flexible installation options depending on site conditions and can be connected in series to meet varying flow and lift requirements. The bearing uses a low-noise, sealed design with grease pre-filled at the factory, ensuring continuous operation for over two years. The impeller has excellent dynamic balance, reducing vibration and improving the operating environment. Mechanical seals are used for the shaft, eliminating the leakage issues commonly found in traditional packing seals. The friction parts are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring reliable operation, reducing noise, and preventing rust and clogging in fire control devices, thereby extending service life and minimizing downtime issues.
