The XBD-W horizontal fire pump is a new energy-efficient product developed and produced by the company. It meets all relevant performance standards, offering significant advantages such as high efficiency, low noise during operation, good corrosion resistance, a reasonable design, and a long service life. The entire XBD-W series includes five different models with 40 specifications, covering a flow range of 5 to 40 L/s, pressure from 0.18 to 2.0 MPa, power from 2.2 to 180 kW, and a diameter range of φ50 to φ150 mm. This type of fire pump is suitable for conveying water without solid particles or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is primarily used for pressurized water supply in fire control systems and can also be applied in industrial water supply and drainage, high-rise building water supply, long-distance water supply, cold and hot water circulation pressurization in heating systems, bathrooms, boilers, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, and related equipment.
XBD-W type horizontal fire pump application
The XBD-W series fire pump is ideal for pressurizing water in fire pipelines. It can also be used for pumping other liquids that are similar to clear water in physical and chemical properties. The medium temperature should not exceed 80°C, making it suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply in high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, long-distance water supply, and cold and hot water circulation pressurization in heating, bathrooms, and other areas, forming a complete system of equipment.

XBD-W type horizontal fire pump features
This is a single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump, which can be installed vertically or horizontally. It can be configured according to site conditions and can increase the required flow and lift through series connections based on demand. The bearing uses a low-noise, sealed type, pre-greased at the factory, ensuring over two years of continuous operation. With high concentricity, the impeller has excellent dynamic balance, reducing vibration and improving the working environment. The mechanical seal on the pump shaft prevents serious leakage from traditional packing seals, increasing the service life and keeping the operating area clean. Friction parts are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring reliable operation, reducing noise, and preventing rust and clogging of spray devices, significantly extending service life and minimizing rust after downtime.
