Structure and Working Principle:
The machine consists of a rim, bearing bracket, transparent seed box, and pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using 72 M4 threaded holes on both rims. This model is suitable for planting corn, peanuts, soybeans, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea, depending on the size of the seed roller.
Operation:
Users can select eight different spacing options around the rims. Curved plates form a funnel, and each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child. The length of the child controls the seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are attached, and each side is trimmed with a putter S. The rod drives the wheel, which turns in sync with the shaft, allowing seeds to be dropped into the furrow. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, enabling precise opening and closing actions for accurate seeding.
Shafts are connected with flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners. Adjustments are made using M6 rod nuts. When manually operated, the seeder moves forward, driven by a sprocket to achieve intermittent sowing. The machine is designed for single-grain corn planting or two tablets, accommodating various grain sizes and offering five color options. Changing the wheel cover involves removing the seed round and adjusting it manually. For convenience, two types of wheel sizes are available, and users should test the machine before official use to ensure proper function.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check bolts and self-tapping screws for looseness and tighten them promptly to prevent detachment.
2. After use, clean all parts, apply oil to threads, and store in a cool, dry place to extend the life of the assembly.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing in the seed box.
2. Be cautious if the soil is wet or rainy, as foreign objects may block the nozzles.
3. Ensure seed rounds match the type of seed being planted.
4. Do not run, pull down, or push down (in the direction of the arrow).
5. Control the sowing speed between 35-40 meters per minute.
6. Keep children away from the machine to avoid accidents and damage.
7. Ensure the seed tank is filled to at least one-third capacity.
8. Always operate the seeder in the correct direction indicated by the arrow on the seed box side.
9. If you notice a significant reduction in seed usage per acre, check for obstructions or malfunctions to avoid losses.
10. Store spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the assembly order and align parts carefully (pay attention to positive sides).
