Introduction:

Operation:
Users can choose any of eight spacing options around the rims, connected with curved plates to form a funnel. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the child's length controls the seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are fixed on the rims, each side trimmed with a putter S. The S putter push transmission rod drives the wheel. Wheels and wheel types share the same shaft, so turning the wheels adjusts the spacing and directs seeds into the furrow. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, and three sub-bearings perform precise opening and closing actions, ensuring seeds fall into the soil for accurate planting.
Push the sides of the shaft with flat center bushings and brackets connected together (M6 rod nut fixed). When manually driven, the seeder rolls forward, and the sprocket causes intermittent movement for sowing. This device ensures single-grain corn planting and two tablets, meeting most regional farmers’ needs. The factory offers five specifications of seed rounds, allowing users to choose grain size and five colors of seed rounds. When changing the wheel covers, remove the seed round and push it by hand. Note: For convenience, the factory installs two different wheel sizes (market leader). Friends who choose the machine should complete the adjustment before sowing. Before sowing, try pushing in the furrow to check if the seed is normal. Always monitor the seeding process, identify problems, and make timely adjustments. Otherwise, due to improper seed round adjustment, lack of seeds, or germination failure, the factory will not be responsible.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check all bolts and self-tapping screws to prevent loosening.
2. After sowing, clean the seeder and oil all parts to prevent rust. Store it in a cool, dry place after disassembling and reassembling properly to extend its lifespan.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix them with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing them in the seed box.
2. Pay special attention to foreign objects in the nozzle when the soil is wet or rainy.
3. Ensure the seed round matches the crop type.
4. Do not run, pull, or push against the rotation direction of the arrow.
5. Control the sowing speed between 35–40 meters per minute.
6. Strictly prohibit children from playing with or touching the gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. The seed tank should have at least one-third capacity.
8. Always run the seeder in the direction of the arrow on the seed box side.
9. If you notice a significant reduction in seed use per acre, check for blockages or failures to avoid losses.
10. Keep spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the assembly order and align the fixed parts carefully (pay attention to the positive side).
12. All dimensions are provided by the factory; ensure proper seed selection and spacing. If errors occur, replace promptly.
