·Two tire manufacturers in Liaoning were found to be unqualified products

On September 1, Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision announced the results of quality supervision and inspection of ten categories of tires in the second quarter of 2015. Among the 10 batches of 10 tire manufacturers in the sampling inspection, there were 2 products. Unqualified, the pass rate is 80%.
The supervision and spot checks were carried out on the basis of national standards and related requirements for truck tires, car tires, motorcycle tires and truck retreaded tires. The product's logo, outer edge size, strength performance, durability and high-speed performance were tested.
This time, a total of 10 batches of products produced by 10 tire manufacturers were sampled. 8 batches of products produced by 8 companies were qualified, and 2 batches of products produced by 2 companies were unqualified.
Among the unqualified products, the wear mark and durability of a batch of truck retreaded tires produced by Angang Steel Tengtai Tire Renovation Plant were unqualified, and the durability of a batch of retreaded tires produced by Shenyang Ruihua Tire Co., Ltd. was unqualified. Wear marks below the standard value can mislead the tire user, causing excessive tire wear and loss of safe ground adhesion. Failure to pass the durability will reduce the life of the tire, and it is prone to unpredictable carcass damage or even puncture.
In addition to tires, Liaoning Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau also provides quality products for motor vehicles such as brake fluid, friction materials, labor protection products, chemical reagents, aluminum alloy construction profiles, rubber sealing products, valves, heating radiators, corrugated boxes, etc. Supervised spot checks were conducted. The pass rates of corrugated boxes, valves, and aluminum alloy construction profiles were 86.0%, 97.1%, and 97.5%, respectively, and the pass rates of other products reached 100%.

The hydraulic excavator engine has certain requirements for the environmental atmosphere. The general accuracy requirement of filtration is 5um. Generally speaking, the filtration accuracy of the domestic diesel engine is within the range of 20um. When selecting air filter core, reasonable selection and treatment should be made according to the need of the heat dissipation of hydraulic excavator.

6, The maintenance of any professional maintenance personnel should be required for any engineering machinery or accessories.
