Warehousing management should pay attention to the following points:

Corrugated box quality: It should be noted that the maximum humidity in the space cannot exceed 70% HR. Otherwise, the carton will become soft and humid, affecting the physical properties and strength of the carton; the storage time can not be too long, and the printing content and paper color of the carton are too long. Change; stacking can not be too high, too high will crush the corrugated pit shape, but also easy to collapse. Quality inspectors often check to ensure quality. Light, temperature, dust, insects, effective storage time, waterproofing, etc. should also be considered.

Safety: Corrugated cardboard cartons are flammable items. Fire protection must be observed. Fire hazards must be highly regarded. Fire sources, fire hydrants, and fire extinguishers must be configured. Dangerous flammable explosives cannot be placed with paper cartons and corrugated cardboard cartons.

Space utilization: whether the stacking form is a trapezoid or a square must be determined according to the size and shape of the corrugated box. The size and height of the card board must also be designed properly. Small, small items should be made with shelves. The pile height of the base paper should not exceed 4 meters, and the corrugated cardboard box should not exceed 1.6 meters high. Placement should comply with the principle of convenience, orderliness and clarity.
