In May 2006, our company successfully developed a new rotary calciner technology. In response to customer demands, we initiated the development and design of a combined calcining and cooling system at the beginning of May, and by the end of the month, the project was completed successfully. Building upon the original design, we added functions for crushing and sieving, enhancing the versatility and efficiency of the equipment.
This breakthrough technology introduced two distinct configurations, each tailored for specific material processing needs:
Type A: Feed - Drying - Calcination - Cooling - Cutting
This model is particularly suitable for materials with high moisture content, which are difficult to feed and require heat conduction and high-temperature calcination. It is ideal for applications involving metals and similar materials.
Type B: Feed - Crushing - Calcination - Sieving - Cooling - Cutting
This version is designed for materials that need to be crushed, sieved, and then calcined at high temperatures. It offers enhanced control over particle size and quality, making it well-suited for industries requiring precise material processing.
These innovations not only improved the performance of our rotary calciners but also expanded their range of applications, allowing us to better meet the evolving needs of our customers. The integration of multiple functions into a single system has significantly increased productivity and reduced operational complexity.
