Precautions for compressor operation

The first load operation of the compressor is performed after the empty car operation and the purge are completed. The compressor should be operated according to the following requirements: gradually turn off the air-cut or oil-water blow-off after driving, run for 1 hour at the rated pressure of the compressor at 1/4 of the rated pressure; run for 4-8 hours at the rated pressure of 1/2; The machine runs at the minimum pressure, and after there is no abnormality, the pressure must be gradually increased.
The following items should be checked during operation:
1. Lubricating oil pressure, temperature and oil supply. The oil pressure shall not be less than 1 kg/cm2 before being sent to the distribution piping. The lubricating oil in the crankcase or fuselage shall be wet: the compressor with a crosshead shall not exceed 60 °C. No crosshead shall not exceed 70 °C.
2. Whether the compressor is running smoothly and whether the sound of each moving part is normal.
3. Measure the inlet and outlet water temperatures and check the supply of cooling water. The cooling water is not allowed to flow intermittently and there are bubbles and blockages. The cooling water drain temperature must not exceed 40 °C.
4. Each connecting flange part, shaft seal, intake, exhaust cutting, cylinder head and water jacket, etc., shall not leak, leak or leak water.
6. Whether the connecting parts are loose.
7. Measure whether the exhaust gas temperature and pressure values ​​at all levels meet the requirements of various technical conditions.
After the operation is completed, the following items are removed:
1. Disassemble the gas cutting at all levels, the front cover of each cylinder, check the friction of the cylinder mirror surface, and find out the cause if there is friction trace.
2. Check the surface friction of the piston rod, there should be no wear marks and pulls.
3. Dismantle the gas cutting at all levels, check the fit of the cutting and cutting, and if there is a crack in the cutting, replace it with spare parts.
4. Check the friction between the cross slide and the friction surface of the fuselage guide.
5. Disassemble the connecting rod big head tile and cross head pin to check the friction of the friction surface.
6. Replace the lubricant in the fuselage. After the initial operation of the compressor; due to the running-in of the parts and the cleaning action of the lubricating oil, a large amount of finely divided metal powder enters the lubricating oil. Therefore, the machine should be replaced with all the lubricating oil after 24 hours of work. After running for 200 hours, change the oil again. After replacing it twice, change the oil according to the regular maintenance requirements.
