Major product "burst valve for nuclear power plant" product prototype passed the appraisal

China's first self-developed explosives valve and its series of the world's largest specifications (DN450) have many innovative features: the key components - cartridge drive device, can operate reliably under harsh environment conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and high radiation of nuclear power; Established advanced methods for calculating ballistic trajectory for blasting valves and dynamic simulation analysis methods for complete machines and key components; independently developed blasting valve graphite sealing structure and piston dynamic sealing structure to ensure the realization of valve safety functions; and overcoming the forging of shear caps.
