On the morning of November 5, 2011, the first heavy-duty truck produced by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Fujian Haixi Automobile Co., Ltd., a brand-new red Welfare heavy truck was driving off the production line in Yong'an City, Fujian Province. The production of China National Heavy Duty Truck Hercynian Automobile Co., Ltd. will be put into production, and the company will strive to form a 100 billion industrial cluster for automobile and mechanical processing by 2015, and will become an important commercial vehicle production and export base in China. 
China National Heavy Duty Truck Hercynian Automobile Project is located in the Buling Auto Park in Fujian (Sanming) with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. It is constructed in two phases. The total investment in the first phase is 1 billion yuan, and the building area of ​​new plants and supporting facilities is 200,000 square meters. In meters, a 450-meter-long medium- and heavy-duty card assembly line and a 300-meter-long light truck assembly line as well as a frame, welding equipment, paint production line and test line, and a road test yard were constructed.
Fujian Yong'an is one of the old industrial bases in China. It has a foundation in the automotive industry, and CNHTC has deployed Fujian in line with the development strategy of the country’s West Bank. In particular, it can use the increasingly sophisticated transportation infrastructure in Fujian to radiate the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta in the largest range. Central and Western regions, and expand the Taiwan market and Southeast Asia and other overseas markets. According to reports, the Hercynian automobile project mainly produces heavy, medium, light, micro, and passenger series of commercial vehicle products. Currently, there are nearly 200 varieties of four major product lines.
In July 2011, Fujian Province formulated the "12th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of a Special Planning for the Advanced Manufacturing Base on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Strait", which further clarified the development direction of the auto industry and expanded the industrial development space. Fujian Sanming, relying on Sinotruk Haixi Automotive Project, aims to build a first-class automotive industry base on the west coast of the Taiwan Strait. It will vigorously promote the development of the entire vehicle and parts industry and build a one hundred billion car industry. Related companies from all over the country have taken the initiative to seek out supporting facilities. The park has also set up academician workstations and cooperates with universities to develop new energy automobile projects and establishes cooperative relations among production, education and research.
Since the launch of the Fujian Haixi Automobile Project on November 6, 2010, the construction, installation, and commissioning of the new assembly line of the Zhongzhongka has been completed in just one year, and the first car has been completed, fully demonstrating the entire construction. The efficient work style and good spirits.
At present, the new plant of Hercynian Automobile Co., Ltd. has begun to take shape, and the new production line for the assembly of medium-heavy trucks initially has the basic conditions for production. It is expected that Haixi Company will realize the production and sales of complete vehicles of 20,000 to 30,000 in 2012, and will achieve an overall target of producing 200,000 vehicles and an output value of 30 billion yuan by 2015.
