· Changchun City will severely rectify used car transactions

On August 30th, the Changchun Municipal Government issued the "Notice on the Reorganization of Used Car Trading", and decided to rectify the over-the-counter trading of used cars and the over-range operation of used car operators.
The Changchun Municipal Government has carried out rectification this time, including the Jingyang Road in the north, the Venture Street in the south, the Peace Street in the east, and the Tongxin Road in the west. Requires used car transactions to be conducted in the formal trading market. A second-hand car business enterprise shall engage in business activities in the business scope or business mode of the approved registration.
The Notice will prohibit the following acts within the scope of rectification: not parking, displaying and trading used cars in the formal trading market; occupying urban roads, green belts, auto parts markets and shops, residential quarters and parking lots, parking berths, etc. Used car trading, display; privately set up a second-hand car trading market or place; second-hand car operating enterprises exceed the approved business scope or business methods to engage in business activities.
In addition, violations of the provisions of this notice shall be banned by the public security traffic management, industrial and commercial administration, administrative law enforcement, municipal public utilities and other departments of Changchun City, and shall be punished according to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations. If the green belt and municipal public facilities are damaged, the relevant personnel shall be liable for compensation.
