Barrel Pump Supply Coolant for Cold Storage

Unit Principle:
The unit utilizes the mechanical function of a pump to transport cryogenic liquid refrigerant to the evaporator of the refrigeration system. After throttling, the low-temperature refrigerant liquid enters a specific volume of fluorine and a gas-liquid separation bucket. It is then pumped multiple times by an F-pump to deliver the cryogenic liquid to the evaporator in the warehouse. The heat from the vaporization of the liquid in the evaporator is absorbed, while the remaining liquid fluorine returns via the vapor suction tube to the barrel. Gas-liquid separation occurs, and the gas is drawn into the compressor for further evaporation. This process ensures a continuous cycle of fluid, enhancing the cooling capacity of the evaporator. The system offers long service life, simple operation, centralized control, automation, and easy defrosting.

Liquid level detection and control systems use PARKER and DANFOSS components. The liquid level sensor converts the level into an electrical signal, which is processed by the controller and sent to the electronic expansion valve as a control signal. This system provides display functions, feedback, and precise control of the liquid level in the rotating drum, ensuring stable surface conditions and smooth return of oil through gas pipes to the unit.
