Senior vice president Cao Xianghong pointed out at the meeting that it is necessary to increase efforts, speed up development, develop advanced and applicable complete sets of technologies, and strive to build a technological platform for business development. The meeting reviewed the determination of enhanced oil recovery techniques in complex fault block oil fields, carbonate reservoir prediction techniques, key technologies for the development of Jiannan carbonate gas reservoirs, selective hydrodesulfurization of catalytic gasoline, and flexible multi-effect catalytic cracking technologies. The solvent deasphalting combination process technology, the polyester three-kettle process complete technology, and the refinery water-saving emission reduction complete set of technologies, including 10 projects (including 6 sub-items), completed the scheduled research objectives and agreed to 'exit the dragon'. It also approved the formation and evaluation of large and medium-sized oil and gas reservoirs in the New District, the development and application of large-scale hydrocracking technologies, the hydro-desulphurization of high-activity diesel, the production of propylene, the large-scale ethylene technology, the large-scale polypropylene technology, and the large-scale polyester staple fiber technology 8 projects such as large-scale PTA complete sets of technologies entered the dragon. There will be 28 dragons at the same time next year.
