Shengli Oilfield develops a new type of wellhead sealing device

The follow-up sealing device in the middle wellhead, which was recently developed and promoted in Gudong Oilfield No.4 Mine, Lili Oilfield, has a good power-saving effect and can solve the problems such as pollution caused by the frequent failure of the oil wellhead seal.

At present, there is an axis shift of 3 to 10 mm for more than 80% of the total number of rod pumping wells in Gudong Oil Production Plant, which may cause seal failure in the production process. In order to ensure the sealing, the packing pressure must be increased, which in turn causes the packing to wear unevenly, which causes the sealing failure of the entire set of packings, resulting in the frequent replacement and fastening of the packing and the leakage of the wellhead. To this end, the production of four oil mining technicians developed a new wellhead polished rod sealing device, that is, follow-up to the wellhead sealing device. The device is designed to follow the structure of the sealing portion of the sucker rod, completely eliminating the offset of the axis of the polished rod, prolonging the service life of the packing, reducing the leakage pollution at the wellhead, and achieving good power-saving effect. At present, the plant has applied 50 sets of the device on site, with an energy saving rate of 3.86%, an average service life of more than 6 months, and an annual increase of 155,000 yuan.
