3. Security of Quick Connector
Quick connectors feature a double sealing ring radial sealing structure. Modified rubber O-rings are used, mainly for fluid physics and chemistry, custom, anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling. Outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. Corresponding space on the two sealing rings prevents rubber substrate bonding. The outer synthetic rubber O-rings increase mechanical properties and prevent aging. Sealing rings and spacer rings are securely fastened in the shell through the outer ring's elastic clamping device, ensuring no falling or shifting. This guarantees great sealing security.

Quick connector consists of body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece inserts the connector, as the locking spring has certain elasticity, it ties the clip fastener to connect two connectors together, then pulls back to ensure complete connection. Repair or removal of the quick connector differs. First, push the male connector and press the clip button, expand the lock, and you can easily pull out the connector. Note: SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
