The intelligent dry air cooler system operates using a closed-loop process where water from the production line is pumped into heat exchangers and cooled by ambient air flow. This ensures clean, temperature-controlled water is available year-round for industrial processes. The system automatically adjusts based on real-time thermal load and outdoor temperatures, optimizing energy usage and maintaining precise water temperatures.
To ensure optimal cooling during high-temperature conditions (above 29.4°C or 85°F), outside air passes through an adiabatic chamber before reaching the heat exchanger coils. This adiabatic mode allows the system to keep the water temperature below 35°C (95°F) even when ambient temperatures reach up to 48.9°F (120°F). A fine mist of water is sprayed into the air stream, evaporating immediately to cool the air before it reaches the coils. The microprocessor controls the spray volume based on current conditions, ensuring only dry, cool air comes into contact with the coils, which prevents scale buildup and maintains efficiency.
