Our quick connect fittings are made of synthetic materials and are suitable for most media-carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air carrying lines. These connectors are ideal for automotive pipe systems. They strictly adhere to the SAE J2044-2009 standard for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product doesn't meet customer needs, we can customize it based on specific requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure make connections and disconnections quick and easy. The operation space is only the width of a finger on both sides, allowing high-density arrangements and increasing design flexibility.
3. Security of quick connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber o-rings, designed for fluid physics, chemical resistance, anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling. Outer o-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This prevents bonding between the two sealing rings, and the outer synthetic rubber o-rings improve mechanical properties, preventing air aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring no ring falls or shifts. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

Suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, or their vapor venting and evaporative emission control systems.

8. Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
Quick connector consists of body, inner o-ring, outer o-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece inserts the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the clip fastener to connect two connectors together, then pull back to ensure complete connection. Repair or removal involves pushing the male connector and pressing the clip button, expanding the lock, and easily pulling out the connector. Note: SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
