The operation space required is only the width of a finger on both sides, enabling high-density arrangements and increased design flexibility.
3. Security of Quick Connector
Quick connectors feature a double sealing ring radial structure with modified rubber o-rings, suitable for various fluids. The outer o-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, preventing bonding between the two sealing rings. This enhances mechanical properties and prevents aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring no falling or shifting occurs, thus guaranteeing excellent sealing performance.

8. Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
Quick connector consists of body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity ensures secure connection. To disconnect, press the clip button and pull out the connector. Before reseating, use SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication.
