In the 20th century, from the 1950s to the early 1980s, China developed the automobile industry under the assistance and support of the former Soviet Union, emphasizing self-reliance and arduous struggle. We introduced the former Soviet Union model in its entirety, guided the Soviet Union’s experts, and established FAW with its own strength. Then, in the 1960s and 1970s, Dongfeng was independently built. Since then, we have created a series of Chinese brands of automotive products: Yuejin light trucks, Yellow card off-road vehicles, Dongfeng Bridge vehicles, Hongqi cars and so on. A large number of auto parts companies that are attached to automakers have formed. Since then, the Chinese auto industry system has basically been completed.
From the early 80s of the last century to the end of 2001, China joined the WTO. At this stage, we established a development model based on joint ventures and cooperation (especially the car industry), emphasizing technological advancement, digestion, absorption, and localization. For joint ventures and cooperative enterprises, they stressed that Chinese companies must have a localization rate, and that they have anti-dumping requirements.

At present, several characteristics of the environmental changes in the development of the auto parts industry - the international and domestic markets tend to unify China's accession to the WTO, under the general trend of global economic integration and procurement globalization, making China the ideal international capital and multinational companies Investment places also attract numerous SMEs to expand their business in China. According to statistics, all international auto giants have set up joint ventures and cooperative enterprises in China. Internationally renowned auto parts companies have set up wholly-owned or joint venture companies in China. Foreign-invested parts and components companies in China have reached 500, and many multinational companies have It also included Chinese auto parts companies in its global procurement system and set up procurement agencies or offices in China. Some of them also set up technical centers and training centers in China.
In addition, the rapid development of information technology and the widespread use of the Internet have made people’s exchanges more timely and convenient. Of course, the trend towards the unification of these international and domestic markets is gradual. It is subject to different cultures, education, concepts, technologies, standards, System and other constraints.

-- The way in which the government manages the auto industry is drawn from the successful experience of the international government in managing the auto industry, combined with China's national conditions. The Chinese government is striving to effectively integrate its own management functions with market functions, and has begun to attach importance to the basic role of the market in allocating resources, and has paid attention to the combination of policies, regulations, standards, and administrative measures.
Advice on the construction and renovation of the development environment of the auto parts industry The importance of the environment on the development of the industry is obvious. For individual companies, they may only be able to adapt to it. However, for China's auto industry and auto parts industry, China is already the fifth largest producer and consumer of the world. Our goal is to build China into a global auto industry production base, and the parts and components industry must be stronger and bigger. Therefore, it is imperative to build and transform the development environment of China's auto parts industry.
At present, our government, industry, and enterprises should take active actions and work together to implement a few things.
