Application:

1. This series of vacuum pumps is ideal for pumping air from sealed vessels. They can be used independently or as a forepump, diffusion pump, or molecular pump. These pumps are widely used in the manufacturing of electronic vacuum devices, thermos production, vacuum welding, printing, plastics, refrigeration equipment repair, and instrumentation support. Due to their compact size, lightweight design, and low noise operation, they are particularly suitable for laboratory environments.

2. The pump can operate continuously under ambient temperatures ranging from 5 to 40°C and inlet pressures below 1.3 × 10³ Pa. When the relative humidity of the gas being pumped exceeds 90%, it is recommended to open the gas ballast valve to prevent condensation inside the pump.

3. Continuous operation of the pump with air at the inlet should not exceed one minute to avoid overheating and damage to internal components.

4. The pump is not suitable for pumping gases that are corrosive to metal, reactive with pump oil, or contain dust particles. It should also not be used for high-oxygen, explosive, or toxic gases due to safety concerns.
