It is reported that Liebherr's ship equipment manufacturing plant in Rostock, Germany, has received a contract to supply heavy cranes to the Belgian DEME Group's new generation wind farm installation vessel "Orion". This new ship was built by Qidong Zhongyuan Offshore. 
The Liebherr HLC 295000 heavy-duty crane has a 50-meter extension, a lifting capacity of 3,000 tons and a lifting height of over 170 meters. Delivery period is 2019 spring.
In addition to the main crane, the order includes two Liebherr RL-K 4200 knuckle cranes and an offshore crane simulator.
