Tips for High Pressure Vertical Pipeline Booster Pump, Vertical Inline Pump Installation
Please note the following when installing the pump:
1. The preformed hole on the foundation should be poured according to the pump installation drawing.
2. The installation level should meet the allowed vacuum suction height requirement. The foundation should be horizontal and stable to ensure the driver machinery rotates in the same direction as the pump.
3. When connecting via coupling, make sure the pump and driver shaft centers are aligned in a straight line.
4. If using a belt connection, the shaft centers should be parallel.
5. Ensure the booster pump's suction pipe is well sealed, and minimize the number of elbows and check valves. When filling with water, purge the air. There should be no air present during operation. The suction pipe should slope slightly upwards before connecting to the pump inlet.
