For our bimetal band saw blades, the teeth are welded using cobalt alloy, achieving a hardness of HRC 69-70. The M51 tooth and substrate are joined by laser after individual heat treatment of special spring steel. This ensures maximum rigidity of the teeth and strength of the substrate, making the blade ideal for cutting heat-resistant alloys, low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, high-carbon steel, and non-ferrous metals.
