3.Safety Specification for Lifting operation
1. The hydraulic pump lines and electric system should be checked before the lift be using at the first time. To ensure there is no loosen when Scissor Lift working.
2. Open all the support legs and fixed on the ground by lead screw on the legs.
Please note: No working without open support legs.
2) Trial Run
(2)The max. lift height is controlled by the limit switch. If the scissor lift doesn`t stop rising while the slide block has touched the limit switch, please stop scissor lift ` s working immediately and checking the limit switch, circuit and so on.
(3)Push the down button to lowing the scissor lift totally.
(4)Above steps should be done repeatedly while first use or long time no use.
3) Up-down work. The scissor lift can be working normally after
step 3.
(1)The goods should be in the center of the platform while scissor lift working . And forbid moving goods while scissor lift working.
(2)The door of handrail should be locked to avoid goods or person dropped while scissor lift working . And forbid people moving while scissor lift working.
(3)Push the down button after finished work . And cut down the power, folded the support leg.

2. Hydraulic oil should be changed half a year. 32# antiwar hydraulic oil should be used in winter. And 46# antiwar hydraulic oil should be used in summer.

1. Checking if there are loosen of each pin and screw at joint.
2. Checking the hydraulic line if there are loosens or leaking.

5. Checking manual button and control panel in normal state.

7. checking the lubrication condition of each pin and inject enough grease.
