Pump Description:

1. Introduction:

The 2X series vacuum pump is a two-stage design, consisting of a high-pressure stage and a low-pressure stage. The suction port connects to the vacuum container or other vacuum equipment to help draw in or remove gas during operation. When the system is under vacuum, the high-pressure stage drain valve closes, allowing the gas drawn by the high-pressure stage to be transferred to the second stage. This gas is then further evacuated through the second stage, enabling the vacuum equipment to achieve a certain level of vacuum. The technical specifications of this pump include a base pressure of 6×10⁻² Pa. For more demanding applications, it can be paired with a vacuum booster pump, which acts as a backing pump. This combination enhances the suction force and allows for higher vacuum levels due to the continuous operation of the backing pump.
