Pump Description:

1. Introduction:
The 2X series vacuum pump is a two-stage unit that operates in two parts: the high-pressure stage and the low-pressure stage. It connects to a vacuum container or other vacuum equipment to help intake or remove gas during operation. When the system is under vacuum, the high-pressure stage drain valve closes, allowing the gas drawn by the high-pressure stage to be transferred to the second stage. This gas is then suctioned and removed through the second stage, enabling the vacuum equipment to achieve a certain level of vacuum. The technical parameter of this pump is 6×10⁻² Pa. Depending on user requirements, a vacuum booster pump can be equipped, with this pump serving as a backing pump. The combination of the booster pump's increased suction force and the continuous operation of the backing pump allows for higher vacuum levels.
