1. What is a sand pump?
The ZJS series sand dredging pump is a new type of single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal centrifugal sludge pump developed by our company, specifically designed for river and sea dredging and embankment projects. It features highly wear-resistant casting alloy iron with a hardness of at least 58HRC used in wet parts such as the casing, impeller, front liner, and rear liner. This ensures durability and performance in harsh conditions.

3. What is the structure of the ZJS sand pump?
The 200ZJS–500ZJS type pumps have a single-casing design, featuring mechanical seal, stuffing seal, or a combination of both. They can be configured with either a self-supporting bracket or a pump-box assembly, with lubrication using grease or thin oil.
The 600ZJSH–1000ZJSH type pumps use a double-casing design with a spiral sleeve L-shaped rubber sealing device consisting of three L-sealing rings and a special threaded shaft sleeve. These models also feature a self-supporting bracket and forced thin oil lubrication. The double-casing ensures that the liner can operate until fully worn out, and if cracked, water will not enter the pump.
