SHP-500 Intelligent Biochemical Incubator
The SHP-500 is a high-precision, multi-functional incubator designed for both heating and cooling control. It is ideal for cultivating bacteria, molds, and other microorganisms in laboratories, schools, hospitals, and industrial settings. This advanced device is widely used in bioengineering, medical research, environmental monitoring, pharmaceutical testing, agriculture, aquaculture, and more.
Featuring a durable structure made from high-quality steel with a powder-coated surface, the incubator has an internal chamber constructed from stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning and long-lasting performance. The adjustable shelves and optional double-layer tempered glass door with an observation window make it convenient for monitoring experiments.
Equipped with an intelligent digital temperature controller, the SHP-500 offers precise temperature regulation with PID control, touch buttons, and features such as timing, over-temperature protection, and audible/visual alarms. It also includes energy-efficient refrigeration using a well-known compressor, making it environmentally friendly and cost-effective.
The incubator features a built-in lighting system for observation, and the mold version includes a UV lamp for sterilization. A power socket is available for BOD tests. The model includes humidity control (indicated by "S" in the name), and an optional independent temperature alarm system ensures safety by automatically cutting off power if the temperature exceeds limits.
This upgraded model comes with a large LCD display for improved accuracy, reduced temperature fluctuations, and enhanced aesthetics. It can also be connected to a printer or computer via an RS-485 interface for data recording and analysis.
