Forward stacking method and equipment

Many small and medium-sized heap leaching sites and a few large ore heap leaching sites use this method of pile-up. Its most striking feature is that the pile-up equipment walks on some of the built piles.

The steps of pile-up are: 1 using the terrain height difference, or repairing a slope road, the ore is discharged to the yard by the conveying machinery; 2 the ore is piled up on the pile; 3 after the ore is piled up to the specified height, the conveying machinery is directly The ore is unloaded on the heap and advanced in Figure 1; 4. The track-type bulldozer can also be used to advance the ore forward. Most of the conveyors used are rear-loading cars and small two-wheeled carts. The pile-up equipment can be conveyor equipment, and most of them use crawler-type bulldozers.

The advantages of forward type pile-up are: 1 The height of the pile is not limited by the pile-up equipment, high or low, and high flexibility; 2 equipment investment is small; 3 the effective area utilization of the pile immersion field is large. Its shortcoming is that the mechanical equipment travels up and down on the built pile and compacts the pile. Therefore, it is only suitable for ore with good permeability and large block. For the granulated pile with high mud content. It is not suitable for dip. This method has a high labor intensity when building piles, and industrial hygiene conditions are also poor.
