"Development of UAV Spectrum Cognitive Instrument" successfully passed the project defense

[ China Instrument Network Instrument Development ] On July 4, 2018, the National Major Scientific Research Instrument Development Project "Development of UAV Spectrum Cognitive Instrument" successfully passed the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The project was led by Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the National Radio Monitoring Center and CLP Instrument and Meter Co., Ltd. participated in the application.

The project development content mainly includes the overall design and integration of the UAV spectrum cognition instrument, the scientific spectrum and cognitive research and application research of the electromagnetic spectrum space spectrum, the low-power light weight airborne spectrum monitoring receiver, and the drone for spectrum cognitive tasks. The autonomous control module, spectrum cognitive data analysis and processing of ground terminals, etc., focus on solving the major scientific problems such as wide-area multi-dimensional spectrum imaging mechanism, space-based coordinated ground-based spectrum observation mechanism, electromagnetic spectrum spatial prediction and inference law, etc. Mechanism research and the integration of spectrum resources in the integrated world, radio order management, and spectrum operations lay the foundation for high-end scientific instruments. Among them, the center is responsible for the scientific research of the spectrum spectrum of electromagnetic spectrum, focusing on key technologies such as low-power light-weight airborne spectrum monitoring and spectrum cognitive data analysis and processing.
It is understood that the Beijing Monitoring Station has been conducting research on drone radio control since 2015. Up to now, the Beijing Monitoring Station has compiled six research reports on UAVs, such as the UAV Radio Control Technology Research Report and the Extreme Distance Report on Controlling UAV Flight under Different Transmitting Power Conditions. Apply for 1 national invention patent. The UAV operator positioning system based on the airborne monitoring platform led by the Beijing Monitoring Station has achieved good public opinion after CCTV broadcast.
