Technology Parameters: 1. The casting machine is equipped with a trackless steel cable system, with a running distance of over 6.2 meters. It uses frequency control to adjust the speed within a range of 25–650 mm/min, allowing for both manual inching movement and automatic operation. The system features digital displays for speed, casting length, cooling water temperature, and molten aluminum temperature. It also includes an audible alarm when nearing the end of the casting process and a safety stop function to prevent empty cars from reaching the position. 2. A single coiling block with four steel cables is used, with a cable diameter of approximately φ14 mm. The maximum tensile capacity is 15 tons (under high water level conditions). The worm gear speed reducer has a center distance of 280 mm. The winding motor is equipped with manual release devices and spring-assisted starting mechanisms. All control systems for the winding engine and hydraulic system are integrated into a single electrical cabinet for easy operation and maintenance. 3. The framework of the casting pit is constructed using 25# channel steel and steel plates. Four main sprocket wheels of the casting winch are installed within the pit structure, along with a tilting base and arm for stability and precision during operations. 4. The mold casting table can be tilted to 90 degrees, with the tilting mechanism controlled by a hydraulic system. Hydraulic cylinders and pumps are manufactured in China under German brand specifications, while the main hydraulic valves are sourced from Taiwan. A rotating joint and water inlet connector are installed on the side of the tilting arm, with a connector size of 4 inches.
